Objective: To observe the Shengmai Jiedu Tongluo capsule of diabetic (DM) rats with blood glucose, heart weight / body mass index, myocardial tissue morphology, myocardial ultrastructure, myocardial collagenⅠ,Ⅲ, angiotensinⅡ, connective tissue growth factor and transforming growth factor-β1 effects of diabetic cardiomyopathy explore TCM pathogenesis and intervention cardiomyopathy pathological mechanism may occur.Methods: 60 male rats, weight 210±20g in the making between the diabetic rats were randomly divided into DM control group, benazepril group, high-dose group of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine in the dose group, low-dose group of Chinese medicine. Another 10 randomly selected at 210±20g body weight of rats between the blank control group. Based on 14 weeks after delivery, using biochemical, immunohistochemical, and other methods of meristem observation and observation of various indicators of myocardial structure.Results:1. With the increase in weeks, 14 weeks after the medicine each dose group significantly lower blood glucose than the DM control group (p <0.05). Shengmai Jiedu capsule of Chinese medicine treatment, the high-dose benazepril group and control group compared with the DM model group, heart weight / body weight ratio were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01).2. Light microscope: high-dose group and the benazepril group most of the normal myocardial fibers, little difference between the two groups. TEM observation: Chinese high, medium dose group, benazepril group was not obvious cardiac structural changes.3. The experimental results show, with the DM control group, traditional Chinese medicine the dose of the experimental group and control group, benazepril AngⅡlevels were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01); semi-quantitative analysis showed that compared with the model group and low-dose experimental group of Chinese medicine was no significant difference; middle-and high-dose group of ColⅠ, ColⅢ, benazepril group protein expression compared with the DM control group were significant statistical significance (P <0.01); with the DM control group, high, medium dose group, control group, benazepril TGF-β1 expression was significantly decreased, the difference was significant (P <0.01); with the DM model group, low, high, medium dose group, benazepril CTGF expression in the control group decreased significantly (P <0.01). With the DM model group, the Chinese high-dose experimental group, the expression of CTGF mRNA decreased significantly (P <0.01).Conclusion:1. Shengmai Jiedu Tongluo capsule can significantly lower blood glucose DCM rats, AngⅡ, inhibition reduced myocardial ColⅠ, ColⅢ, TGF-β1 and CTGF expression, interfere with the role of myocardial fibrosis. With the above-mentioned Chinese medicine and the role of drug dose (at a certain extent) of the increase.2.DCM TCM pathogenesis may be related to drug-related harm Xinluo. Shengmai Jiedu Tongluo capsule can reduce myocardial ColⅠ, ColⅢ, TGF-β1 and CTGF expression, alleviation of myocardial fibrosis in rats with DCM, which may also be Shengmai Jiedu Capsule improve myocardial fibrosis in DCM important pathological mechanism.
