Objective:To observe the effect of dendritic cells(DC) stimulated T-lymphocytes by secretion of Interleukin-2(IL-2),Interleukin-4(IL-4), Interleukin-5(IL-5) and Interferon-γ(IFN-γ) with Wu-Hu-Tang in asthma infant induced by virus.Aims to provide practical basis for further elucidating the mechanism of the Wu-Hu-Tang control the asthma infant. And offers a new idea for research on traditional chinese medicine of asthma.Methods:With random,single blind and comparison methods.randomly divided into two groups,the Wu-Hu-Tang treatment group(group A) 30 cases,the Western medicine control group(group B) 30 cases,with 10 healthy infants randomly selected(group C).Applying the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to examine the concentration of IL-2,IL-4, IL-5,IFN-γwith children's serum.Analysis of the change before and after Treatment.Results:The results showed that dendritic cells(DC) of asthmatic infant stimulated T-lymphocytes induced by virus had remarkably decreased in Secretion of Th1-type cytokines of IL-2(P<0.05), remarkably increased in IL-4,IL-5(P<0.01),and there was no differences in the IFN-γcompared with the normal control subjects.The Wu-Hu-Tang treatment group had remarkably increased in the IL-2(P<0.01) and remarkably decreased in the IL-4,IL-5(P<0.05or P<0.01)compared with pre-treatment.The IL-4,IL-5 of the treatment group were remarkably decreased compared with contrast group (P<0.01)。Conclusion:Children's asthma induced by virus make the levels of Th1/Th2 was imbalance.The Wu-Hu-Tang has a effect in Preventing the production of Th2-type cytokines of IL-4,IL-5 in Virus Induced asthma in infant,and improve the level of IL-2 to adjust the levels of Th1/Th2.
