| Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Yi Shen Granule which has the effects of nourishing the liver and kidney,clearing heat and detoxicating,promoting blood circulation and dissolving blood stasis by clinical observation,and uniting the therapeutic effect of cortisone acetate has the effects on FasL lymphocyte level in patients with Lupus Nephritis (LN).Methods:46 cases who were LN patients were divided randomly into the test group treated with Yi Shen Granule and cortisone acetate,and the control group treated with cortisone acetate.Both groups had been given 8-week courses.The symptoms,signs and related laboratoryindexs before and after treatment were observed,also and 20 normal controls were tested,acting as normal compare group.Results:The total effective rate is better than the compare group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the treated group was 82%.the treated group can deliver FasL lymphocyte level and be good in the function of kidney.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the treated group is better than the compare group in treating LN. |
