To Generally Evaluate The Clinical Efficacy Of Jie-Du-Qu-Yu-Zi-Shen Protocol In Treating Lupus Nephritis

Objective To generally evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jie-Du-Qu-Yu-Zi-Shen prescription associating with prednisone plus cyclophosphamide in treating active Lupus Nephritis.Methods Retrospectively,To selecte lupus nephritis patients who conforming to the selective terms .They were treated respectively with prednisone plus cyclophosphamide (western medicine protocol) or Jie-Du-Qu-Yu-Zi-Shen prescription associating with prednisone plus cyclophosphamide (Chinese combining western medicine protocol) .The two groups were observed in six months period of treatment .the treatment efficacy and side effects of them were evaluated and compared.Results Similar to western medicine protocol, Six months later ,the efficacy of Chinese combining western medicine protocol is significant in many aspects, such as decreasing urine protein and hemouria, decreasing ESR ,improving renal function, increasing serum albumin and complements. In the aspects of traditional Chinese syndrome total efficacy and clinical total efficacy, Chinese combining western medicine protocol is advantage over western medicine protocol, the differences between them are significant, what's more, in several aspects, Chinese combining western medicine protocol is better than western medicine protocol, such as decreasing traditional Chinese syndrome score, reducing urine protein , cutting down the dose of glucocorticoid , preventing hypercholesterolemia and high blood-sugar,decreasing infection ratio,protecting...
