Objective To observe the effects of Jujuboside(JBSD),a national new class,agent,on the expression of amino acid neurons in rat brain following intracerebral hemorrhage,To discuss the mechanism of JBSD to treat ICH mental disorder.Methods To induce intracerebral hemorrhage by infusion of collagenaseⅦinto the globas pallidus(GP),to observe the effect of anti-anxiety with the elevated plus-maze test(EPM),the expression of glutamatergic neurons gamma-amino butyric acidergic neurons investgated by immunohistochemistry,the contents of two amino acids determined by high performance liquid chromatography combined with fluorescent detection.Results 1.There were significances in the differente time points of indexes among model group and control group,model group and JBSD-treated group,model group and diazepam-treated group,while the changes of 0E%were no significantat different time points in all groups.2.0T%expressed at higher level at 2d,4d in JBSD-treated group than in model group(P<0.05).3.The expression of glutamatergic neurons at the time point of 2d,4d in JBSD-treated group were higher than in model group(P<0.01).4 JBSD-treated group Compared with model group,the contents of Glu significantly decreased in1d,2d,4d and GABA significantly increased in 12h,4d,respectively(P<0.01),diazepam-treated group compared with model group,the contents of GABA significantly increased in 6h,12h,1d(P<0.01). Conclusion JBSD can improve behavior scores by enhancing the expression of amino acids neurons,decrease the content of Glu,increase GABA.
