Objective: Hypertension is harmful to human health, disease, among other things, lead to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases the main risk factors. Long-term high blood pressure will lead to many serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, about half of patients with no symptoms, patients with difficult to arouse attention. Prevention and treatment of hypertension is therefore all the more important. Hypertension drug therapy is currently still dominated, but the side effects of drugs so that patients with decreased quality of life. Therefore, non-drug therapy in recent years more and more people's attention, one of sports therapy is considered the treatment of hypertension in the program of an extremely important component. Numerous studies show that regular aerobic exercise can reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients, prevent complications and reduce drug side effects, improve patient quality of life. Study shows that a lot of, TF / TFPI ratio imbalance may lead to hypertension are sustained and long-term high blood pressure caused by cardiovascular disease a major factor in hair, and their regulation of important factors NF-ΚB played at one of its important role. This experiment by observing the movement of essential hypertension in rat aorta homogenate TF, TFPI, NF-ΚB content to explore the appropriate exercise of hypertension and its complications the role and mechanism of prevention for hypertension and its complications provide a theoretical basis of prevention and treatment.Method: 16 selected SHR rats, SHR were randomly divided into exercise group (SPO) and SHR control group (SHR group), SPO group of non-weight-bearing 90min daily swimming, weekly 6 times, a total of 8 weeks. Replacement of Wistar rats 8 (WT group) as a normal control group. Are male, 6 weeks of age and weighing 170-200g. Weekly during the experiment measured blood pressure and body weight in rats, 8 weeks later, using immunohistochemical (ELISA) method in each group were measured by rat aortic homogenate TF, TFPI, NF-ΚB content.Result:1,8 weeks 90min after exercise, SPO rats lower blood pressure than before exercise, and quiet SHR control group increased blood pressure than before the experiment; SPO group and SHR group were significantly different (P <0.01).2,8 weeks 90min after exercise, SPO group TF content in rat aorta than SHR rats aortic TF content were significantly reduced (P <0.05); and SPO group TFPI content in rat aorta than SHR rats in the lower aorta, with significant difference (P <0.05).3,8 weeks 90min after exercise, SPO rats aortic NF-ΚB content in SHR rats than in the NF-ΚB aorta were significantly lower (P <0.01).Conclusion:Appropriate long-term exercise on blood pressure in hypertensive rats increased the role of a certain degree of ease. Campaign makes vasodilator rats and some factors increase the reduction of inflammatory factors, resulting in an effective SHR blood pressure control and a certain degree of reduced blood pressure dropped from a certain extent, reduce the blood on the artery intimal injury, which One advantage in particular in the aorta, the movement caused by the control and lower blood pressure as well as the reduction of inflammatory factors, and NF-ΚB by the emergence of TF-induced reduction in the provision of the conditions; this, TF content declined, TF increase is caused by rise in TFPI, but TFPI did not give rise to TF decreased to reduce the synchronization, so that a decrease of TF content, and TFPI content remain unchanged (or slightly decreased), the dominant role of anticoagulation in vivo, vascular intimal hyperplasia be controlled ; TF reduction, TFPI and their maintenance of the vascular intimal hyperplasia in the wall between the combined effect of inhibiting the blood vessel wall to maintain flexibility to some extent reduced the incidence of blood pressure and its complications.
