Objective:For myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and cell genetics to explore the correlation, with a view to provide objective MDS of TCM syndrome differentiation based on a more level the recognition of the significance of TCM Syndrome typing, based disease Chinese and Western medicine to provide more clinical research ideas and methods. Methods:Statistical MDS patients sex, age, cell morphology, cell genetics, clinical manifestations and objective indicators such as patient symptoms and TCM Syndrome-type, etc., usingχ2 test dialectical sub-types of Chinese medicine and genetics, etc. the correlation analysis. Methods:Statistical MDS patients sex, age, cell morphology, cell genetics, clinical manifestations and objective indicators such as patient symptoms and TCM Syndrome-type, etc., usingχ2 test dialectical sub-types of Chinese medicine and genetics, etc. the correlation analysis. Results:TCM Syndrome-type and cell genetics have some relevance. TCM MDS blood poisoning Stasis junction abnormal karyotype was higher than kidney, kidney-yang deficiency type (P<0.05), MDS late stage (such as RAEB) of the abnormal karyotype was higher than that at an early stage (such as RA, RARS) (P<0.05).Conclusions:MDS of TCM Syndromes and clonal cytogenetic abnormalities relevant. MDS clonal cell genetic abnormalities can guide the dialectical traditional Chinese medicine classification and clinical treatment.
