Hysteroscopic Endometrial Electrosurgical Excision Postoperative Studies Of Ovarian Function In Long-term Impact

Objective:To evaluate the long-term influence on ovarian function after transcervical resection of endometrium(TCRE).Methods:The patients were 50 cases,under 45-year-old,who underwent transcervical resection of endometrium and the other 50 cases who underwent hysterectomy with ovarian reserved during the same period because of the uterus benign lesion.Before the operation and at 6 months,1 year and 2 years after operation,the cases were studied by measuring the serum FSH,LH,E₂,P,PRL,T and were examined by transvaginal color doppler to obtain resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) from ovarian arteries and measured the anteroposterior diameter and the left-right diameter of ovary.At same time,the cases were scored the climacteric symptom,and were determined the basal body temperature.Results:In the TCRE group,the serum sex hormone levels,PI,RI,the anteroposterior diameter and the left-right diameter of ovary,the climacteric symptom score and the percentage of duplexing body temperature were no significant differences between pre-operation and post-operation.In the hysterectomy group,there were significant differences between pre-operation and post-operation in the level of E₂,P,FSH,LH.At 6 months,1 year and 2 years after operation,there were significant differences between the hysterectomy group and the TCRE group in the level of E₂,P,FSH,LH.In the hysterectomy group,the level of E₂,P were gradually fell and the level of FSH,LH were gradually rose.In the hysterectomy group,examined by transvaginal color doppler,PI,RI were rose at 6 months,1 year and 2 years after operation and the anteroposterior diameter and left-right diameter of ovary were fell at 1 year and 2 years after operation.And the result compared with pre-operation and compared with the TCRE group were significant differences.In the hysterectomy group,the climacteric symptom score were rose and the percentage of duplexing body temperature were fell at 1 year and 2 years after operation. And the result compared with pre-operation and compared with the TCRE group were significant differences.Conclusion:In our research,it shows no obviously influence on ovarian function after TRCE during the review time.However our research shows that hysterectomy has fluence on ovarian function.
