Retrospective Analysis Of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease In Patients With Neck Vascular Ultrasound

Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most common causes of disability and one of the top three leading causes of death in mankind,and it has high ratios of incidence and recurrence.In all cerebrovascuar diseases,about 80 Percent of the patients are isehemic cerebrovascular patients, and 30 percent of the cerebral ischemic stroke are caused by the carotid artery disease. Atherosclerosis is a process which need a long time of unceasing development,which has a very long period of symptomiess time before appearing the cerebral ischemic stroke.The carotid artery ultrasound is helpful for the observation of atherosclerosis and the developing process of carotid artery stenosis,which is an effective diagnosis method in judgeing arteriosclerosis disease at present.This article has carried on the more systematic review analysis to the carotid artery ultrasounds of the ischemic stroke patients.Objective:We classified these patients of cerebral ischemic stroke to 2 groups according to their carotid ultrasoundgraphy named normal carotid artery group and plaque group. Investigated respectively their dangerous factors and carotid lumenal stenosis degree.Try to draw a conclusion on the facts about atherosclerosis.Method:1.The way of detecting atherosclerosis Isehemic cerebrovascular disease patients were detected with color Doppler ultrasound.It was Measured and record the position, quantity,and quality of carotid atherosclerosis plaque.2.The recording of cerebral infarction risk factors Including the smoking history,diseas history,medicine history,hypertension and diabetes.Result:The quantity of carotid atherosclerosis plaque is the most in common carotid artery shunt,the second in common carotid artery,the least in the cranial outside stage of internal carotid artery.The severity of stenosis of the extracranial carotid and the formation of the atherosclerotic plaques were significantly correlated to the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease. The degrees of luminal stenoses in 2 groups are not different.Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between carotid atherosclerosis and ICVD.The degree of luminal stenoses couldn't be demonstraied having a closed relation to the instability of a carotid plaque.We discovered that aged,hypertension and hypercholesterolemia are the dangerous factors on carotid atheroselerosis.
