Experimental Study Of The Rat Blood-brain Barrier And Its Biological Effects Of Electromagnetic Pulse Open

Cancer is a kind of serious diseases to human health. Malignant encephaloma accounts for all human cancer patients with 2%. But the encephaloma has no breakthrough in the treatment up to now. The blood brain barrier (BBB) which obstructs the medical effect of the medicine is a significant factor. The broadband spectrum electromagnetic pulse can open the BBB; it provides a new direction for treatment of encephaloma. This paper mainly studies the relation between the extent of BBB opening of Wistar rats and a new broadband spectrum electromagnetic pulse machine, and the biological effect of electromagnetic pulse of this machine on brain tissue and blood of rats. It is favorable to provide theoretical basis for improvement and the biological effect of electromagnetic pulse of this machine.The experimental works mainly include:(1) Research the extent of BBB opening of Wistar rats when the electromagnetic pulse machine eradiating these rats with different time, intensity and frequency of electromagnetic pulse, and find the relation.(2) Detect the influence of configuration of brain tissue after this machine have opened BBB with electromagnetic pulse by using infrared spectroscopy detection method.(3) Research the change of hemorheology indicators, blood biochemical markers, and blood components indicators after this machine have opened BBB with electromagnetic pulse.The experimental results indicate that the higher the intensity and frequency of electromagnetic pulse of the machine, the more extent of BBB opening, and it reached the maximum effect when the machine eradiated the rats 20 minutes. When BBB opened, the electromagnetic pulse of this machine has no obvious influence to rats in configuration of brain tissue, hemorheology indicators and blood components indicators. But it increased the content of bilirubin and transaminase in blood. After 7 days, the content comes back to normal.
