Objective:The paper regards Liaoning heavy weight women of 2005 the 10th National Game as research object,monitors the rowers' changes of T,Hb,CK,Urea and body composition's quota during highland training,and real-time analyses highland training effect through rowing equipment.Sum up the changing law of each function quota during highland training of rowing further to provide some reference to perfecting scientific highland training of rowing further.Methods:Determine the quotas of T,Hb,CK,Urea and body composition,etc,periodically,and analyze the changing law of these quotas and their relationship with energy expenditure.Analyze the changing law of body composition under the dual stimulations of highland environment and training.Carry on multi-leveled load tests through rowing equipment.Real-time analyze and evaluate the training effect through the power curves of lactate threshold,lactic acid and heart rate.Results:1.Hb has increasing tendency and it rises outstandingly down the highland compared with not arriving at the highland(p<0.01).2.Just being on the highland,the average Urea maintains at a higher level in the early morning.Changes in concentration are consistent with load changes.After adapting to the environment,Urea will stay steadily.3.T change is affected more by exercising load and less effected by highland itself.4.On the highland,CK value has decreased than on the flatlands(p<0.01).5.The body weight of heavy weight woman has decreasing tendency.The average body fat%and fat-free body mass has changed little.6.The average power of lactate threshold increases outstandingly down the highland compared with not arriving at the highland(p<0.05).The curve of average power-heart rate and the curve of lactic acid-power move on the right direction.Conclusions:1.After highland training in a month,Hb rises obviously.During the training,Hb gets down with the increase of training volume.2.For the first one or two weeks on the highland, BUN concentrations in the early morning are consistent with the load changes.Adapting to the environment,Urea concentration get down.Urea in the early morning is not only the sensitive quota of evaluating training load,but also reflects the highland adaptation of athletes.3.T is affected by highland environment slightly.But it is affected by training load more.4.On the highland,the CK activity is relative to exercise intensity tightly.Since the hypoxic environment, training intensity on the highland not as large as its on the flatlands.5.On the highland,athletes' average body mass has decreasing tendency.Their fat-free body mass and average body fat%have changed little.6.Hypoxic threshold power,the curves of power-lactic acid,power-heart rate and the calculated curve of power-lactate threshold which are got from the multi-leveled test based on rowing equipment show that after the same exercise load,lactic acid and heart rate of athletes get down and the curves of lactic acid-power and power-heart rate move on the right direction.Hint: highland training can improve athletes' aerobic capacity.
