During long time study and research aboat sepsis and MODS,we gradually discovered that among different persons there are highly variability,some inflammatory reaction get out of control and grow MODS quickly,but others are not.For the past few years,with the development of the investigation to Human Genomics,people realized step by step that the dierfferent genics are internal foundation of many diseases.With The development of HGP[human genome project]and Functional Genomics,the diversuty complexity and the molecular basis of sepsis has been interpreted from genes polymorphism leval,gene transcription leval,protein leval,modification after protein translation leval.More and more data shows that the genes polymorphism plays a important part on the Pathophysiology of Inflammatory reaction correlated diseases.The genes polymorphism is the internal agent which decides the affectability; survivability,multi-clinical manifestation,and the differential Treatment Response of pharmacotherapy.Above all,the genes polymorphism of some critical molecules in Inflammatory reaction determin a patient destiny in a large part.[Objective]:To observe the clinical improving after the treatment of using Chinese herbal drugs(XUE BI JING injecta),to do empirical study aboat related gene of sepsis,and compare to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,to find the typical Chinese symptom,to provide a treament clew before sepsis patient becom worse.[Methods]In the clinic research we choose 65 patients,22 of which are patients who diagnosed sepsis,20 of which are patients who diagnosed acute Myoctardial,23 of which are patients who diagnosed acut cerebral ischemic stroke.All the cases are from July of 2008 to March of 2009 from dongzhimen hospital,the peoples' hospital of Beijing university,Friendship hospital,China-Japan Friendship hospital and the military district hospital.On the basis of the resident admit note and the first time progress note we define diagnosis of symptom-complex in accordance with clinical manifestation Chinese medicine diagnosis.after the chief physician' clinical rounds.We conclude and discuss the incidence and motality rate of sepsis from difference of section,age,sex and time,in order to instruct the priventability,diagnosis,therapy,and to reduce the incidence and motality rate.[Result]To compare with acute Myoctardial and acut cerebral ischemic stroke, sepsis represent qi asthenia and yin deficiency apart from the damage of collaterals in blood stasis and toxicum.
