1. ObjectiveIn this experiment, we study the drug efficacy and toxicology of Xiao Chai Hu Tang as well as Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN. Observe the influence of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN and Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN on AST, ALT, TBIL, Hyp and so on , as well as the pathological changes with them in order to reveal the drug-effect relationship and toxicology and provide foundation fou clinical treatment.2. MethodsAdopt 40% CCl4 of chronic liver injury model in rat,with the purpose to obverse the drug efficacy and toxicology of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN and Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN. We deploy Reitman to observe the effect on serum AST and ALT, deploy caffeine sodium benzoate colorimetry to observe the effect on serum TBIL, deploy Lye solution to observe the effect on serum Hyp as well as liver and lung hydroxyproline Hyp, and observe the liver and lung' s histopathological changes under an optical microscope.3. ResultsAll of Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN and Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN have the treatment on chronic liver injury model. Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN are no significant differences (P>0.1), Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN significantly higher than the two alone (P<0.05). The eight-week , all of five groups serum and lung tissue hydroxyproline are no significant difference (P> 0.1), and pulmonary tissue do not show obvious histopathological fibrosis.4. ConclusionsXiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN and Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN have a therapeutic effect on chronic liver injury. Through the experimental comparison, Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN have little difference on therapeutic effect, but Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN can significantly improve the efficacy.Xiao Chai Hu Tang and IFN are unable to revulsion pulmonary fibrosis,but Xiao Chai Hu Tang combined with IFN can revulsion pulmonary fibrosis. |
