Xinyuan Capsule Intervention On Oxidative Damage Of The Vascular Endothelial Function Of Hypertensive Patients Studied

Objection:To explore the XinYuan capsule in patients with hypertension vascular endothelial oxidative damage effect and mechanism of intervention.Method:112 cases of patients with essential hypertension were enrolled from the clinic and inpatient department of heart Medical Department of ChengDu university of TCM.According to a randomized, double-blind,placebo-controlled design principles,112 cases were divided into 57 cases of the test group and control group of 55 cases. Both groups were conventional anti-hypertensive therapy,at the same time given XinYuan capsules to the treatment group.The treatment is two months. Observation of the changes of the symptoms points,hydrogen peroxide and lipid peroxidation of LDL,high-density lipoprotein,oxide ET,Nitrogen,nitric oxide synthase,superoxide dismutase,brachial artery diameter,brachial artery diameter change,percentage of the brachial artery blood flow changes before and after treatment.Result:The XinYuan capsule can significantly reduce the ET,H₂O₂,LPO and LDL,At the same time it can increase NO,NOS,SOD,and improve symptoms of Chinese medicine significantly.Its efficacy is superior to the placebo control group.Conclusion:The XinYuan capsule can regulate the level of ET/NO, reduce LDL,increase SOD,anti-vascular endothelial peroxidation damage, protect vascular endothelial function,and prevent damage to the target tube.
