| Objective:Use the principle of Jianzhong to treat functional dyspepsia of the type of Qi Deficiency of Spleen,and observe the clinical curative effect.Methods:50 out-patients having FD of the type of Qi Deficiency of Spleen were divided into therapy group of 25 patients and control group of 25 patients.The therapy group was treated with of Jianzhong decoction which is drafted according to the principle of Jianzhong,while the control group was treated with Motilium.Both courses of treatment were 4 weeks.Evaluate the clinical curative effect of the 50 patients by observing the changes of the main clinical symptoms,the tongue proper,the tongue moss and the pulse before and after treatment.Results:1 The total effective rate of the therapy group was 92%and that of the control group was 64%.There was prominent difference(P＜0.05).The former was superior to the latter.2 Curative effect integrals of symptoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the therapy group before and after treatment had remarkable difference(P＜0.001).After treatment curative effect integral of symptoms of the therapy group was less than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P＜0.01).It suggested that the therapy group surpass the control group in improving the overall effect of symptoms:3 The therapy group was superior to the control group in ameliorating the symptom of under-activity.There was significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).There were no obvious differences in the tongue proper,the tongue moss and the pulse before and after treatment between two groups(P＞0.05).4 The two groups had no obvious influence in blood,urine,evacuation of bowels,function of heart,liver and kidney.Conclusion:Jianzhong decoction which is drafted according to the principle of Jianzhong has good clinical curative effect in treating FD of the type of Qi Deficiency of Spleen,and has no poisonous effect or side effect.It shows that the principle of Jianzhong is one of the effective principles of treating FD. |
