To provide new resources of honeysuckle.The findings are as follows:It's the first time to study detailed on the reasonable collection period and processing methods of L. similes.Identified that the reasonable collection period is yellow-white bud or flower bloom just,at 9:00～1 l:00am;the processing methods is steam and drying,the drying temperature is 90～110℃.To determine the main identification characteristics of L. Similes, Identify the main difference between L. similes and L. macranthoides in the organizational structure and morphology appearance. In plant morphology,they are distinguished from leaf and flower;In herb character and organizational structure,they are distinguished mainly from the trichome and non-trichome which on the surface of buds or corolla.Established the method of polyamide thin layer chromatography whith microemulsion to identify the flavonoid which in L.Similes for the first time.The results showed that The sample of 741 and 743 was diffirent from the other L.Similes sample; there is significant difference between L. similes and L. Macranthoides, it showed that their constituents and the contents have much diference. The HPLC fingerprint spectrum of L.similes has been studied for the first time. The overlapping rate of common peaks between the variety in Nanjiang and Dayi county was very high.But the sample of Yibin and Muchuan county have lowoverlapping rate of common peaks,also there is significant difference between L.similes and L. Macranthoides.The unknown common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint spectrum of L.Similes, to be identified By GC-MS analysis are the first time,showed they are the isomers of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid.Determination impurity, Water, total ash and acid-insoluble ash,heavy metal,pesticide residues from different areas.Based on the findings, with the actual production information, we have instituted their limits of standards. The impurity shall not be 5%,The water shall not be 15%, the ash may not be 10%, acid-insoluble ash shall not be 2%, heavy metals lead may not have 5/10~6, cadmium may not have 3/10~7, copper may not have 20/10~6, arsenic may not have 2/10~6, mercury may not have 2/10~7.Pesticide 666, DDT may not have 2/10~7, quintozene may not have 1/10~7.Established the extraction method ,it was ethanol extract by hot,we instituted their limits of standards that not be less than 25%.The contents of chlorogenic acid, luteolin-7-O-a-D-glucoside and caffeic acid determined by HPLC respectively.The results showed that the average contents of chlorogenic acid in L.similis is 8.61%,the content of all sample are higher than L. Macranthoides,suggested the content of chlorogenic acid shall not be less than 5%.The contents of luteolin-7-O-a-D-glucoside and caffeic acid are very lower in L.similis.The study of storage method on L. similis was the first time,the results showed that by the storage time extension,the medicine perface color will be more darker,and eazy to be attacked by insect.The factors were collection period,processing methods and packaging materials.
