Objective:With the guide of the theory of TCM,to discuss how the Dosage, the Method of decocting dugs and dosage form have impacts on the efficacy of composite prescriptions by modern research method.Methods:At the beginning,we use the Chinese traditional theory and modern literature to sustain our exoterica of the effect of the Dosage, the Method of decocting dugs and dosage form on the efficacy of composite prescriptions.On this basement of theory,we use the method of consuming and destroying Qi,and laboring excessively,nourishing limitedly to establish model of Spleen Qi Deficiency syndrome.Besides,we use the method of radiational immunity and end-point to detect VIP,the ratio of stomach residual,the ratio of the small intestine residual and the serum amylase.TO find the different effect of the Dosage,the Method of decocting dugs and dosage form on the Spleen Qi Deficiency rat.Result:There was obvious increase of VIP and the ratio of stomach residual of Model rats,and obvious decrease of the ratio of the small intestine residual and the serum amylase compare to rats of blank control group. Meanwhile,the Baizhufuling soap which use the method of decocted together on the same mixture ratio has the best efficacy.Otherwise,other mixture ratios,decocted separately and the soap distilling from ethanol can't get the same efficacy.Conclusion:The soap of Baizhufuling which use the method of decocted together on the same mixture ratio has the best efficacy.This indicted that the Dosage,the Method of decocting dugs and dosage form can have stong effect on the efficacy of composite prescriptions...
