This paper through three parts,the experimental study,clinical observations and theoretical study,to research the Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method act on the chronic airway inflammation more systematically and in-depth,verify its efficacy and study its mechanism.Animal experiments:Objective:To observe the influence of Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method making airway inflammation cell apoptosis in asthmatic rats and the expression of FasmRNA and Bcl-2mRNA,from the perspective of apoptosis to study the Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method of reducing the chronic airway inflammation and the molecular mechanism.Methods:Under the basis of The essence of Asthma's " Perennial root " is chronic airway inflammation,by modern scientific research methods to build up asthmatic model of rats;which were randomly divided into six groups,use drugs separately for seven days,through histopathological score evaluate the changes of lung's inflammation,use ISH to observe the expression of FasmRNA and Bcl-2mRNA in airway inflammatory cells.Results:The Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method can reduce the airway inflammation;increase airway inflammatory cells' FasmRNA expression,reduce the Bcl-2mRNA expression;it is infered that FasmRNA and Bcl-2mRNA which mediate the apoptos of airway inflammation cells is one of the main mechanisms of the Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method to control asthma.Clinical Observation:Objective:To evaluate the control,effectiveness and safety of Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method combined with low-dose Seretide to treat moderate and severe uncontrolled asthma in chronic persistent duration(Symptoms Of Sputum and blood stasis obstruct the lung),discuss the prevention and treatment programme of Get Optimistic Asthma control,which in accord with China's condition. Methods:design a randomized,stratified and parallel comparison clinical trial, and randomly divided into 2 groups,the test group 40 cases and the control group 20 cases.The test group used Xuanfei ZhuyuHuatan method combined with low-dose Seretide 50 ug / 100ug / suction / qd,the control group used Seretide 50 ug / 100ug / suction / Bid.Hierarchical control to evaluate the efficacy and safety.
