Objective Through the reaseach of 2-D and color doppler ultrasonography of the small renal cell carcinoma, analyze the character of sonography of the small renal cell carcinoma and progress the diagnosis rate in order to operate early.Methods①Tracing other imageology and pathology in 22 cases which suspected small cell carcinoma by clinic and physical examinition.②The results 2-D and color Doppler sonography of 22 patients with small renal carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Solitary RCC was found in 21 cases, while contralateral kidney carcinoma was complicated in the other case. The resonance types of the small RCC were as follows: solid even hyperechoic, 8 cases; isoechoic, 2 cases; hypoechoic, 6 cases; solid uneven echoic, 2 cases; and mixed echoic, 4 cases. Semicircular blood flow signal was shown at renal hilum around the small RCC in 17 cases, in which straight signal was detected in 7 cases. Circular signal was shown in another 2 cases, and abundant signal was detected inside the tumor. Of the 19 cases, the kidney vessels were uneven in diameter and twisted near the tumor, resembling a torch. Marked flow signal was not detected around and inside the tumor in 3 cases.Conclusion①There are superior character in 2-D and color doppler ultrasonography , the small renal cell carcinoma can be diagnosed reliably.②All imaging technique reasonably which equiped now should be used in order to progress the diagnosis rate of small renal cell carcinoma.
