"Yellow Emperor' s Internal Classic" is the ideological basis for the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and "Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous disease" is the rule,while the doctors of later ages provide us with flexible methods.Through the study of writings of Tang Rongchuan, we can find that he took "Internal Classic" as the basic,take for reference Zhongjing' s writings,add in his own ideas and pay attention to clinical practice.Thus,he provided us with valuable research data and direction.This paper uses literature review to explore Tang Rongchuan' s medical thought and then transition to Tang' s academic thought of Shanghan,and at last introduce application and development of classical prescriptions in clinic.Literature review has summarized the main direction and the key problems for reference through collecting the works and articles about Tang' s medical thought.Tang Rongchuan has always been defined as one of representative figures who devoted to the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.The main research direction is about "a Treatise on Blood troubles" in recent more than ten years.However,there are few researches of Tang' s academic thought of Shanghan.Text is composed of two chapters.The first chapter is about Tang Rongchuan' s medical thought.By taking "Zhongxi Huitong Yijing Jingyi""a Treatise on Blood Troubles"as the research objects,the author summarized 4 basic view points.First,combine anatomical morphology and Qi transformation,and pay attention to Qi transformation and communication;Second,dialectical relationship between Yin,Yang,Water, Fire,Qi and Blood;Third,Tang's particular view of Triple Warmer;Fourth, Understanding of chong meridian and blood chamber.Among them,the view of "Qi transformation and communication" is putted forward by the author through detailed analysis of Tang' s writings.The second chapter is about Tang Rongchuan' s academic thought of Shanghan. To continue,by taking "Shanghanlun Qianzhu Buzheng" "a Treatise on Blood Troubles" "Bencao Wenda" as the research objects,the author summarized the characteristic and significance of Tang' s academic thought of Shanghan. This chapter is composed of three parts.The first part introduces the Tang' s comprehension of six climates and six groups of meridians,which reflects his characteristic approach of combining anatomical morphology and Qi transformation.Besides,the author also probes into the introduction of Tang' s view of six channel diseases, combined with the concrete contents of "Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases",and summarizes its connotation.This part is the foundation of the following.To explain" Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases" from the perspective of whole connection is also a conspicuous characteristic.The author defines it as "six channels' Qi transformation and communication" and "The whole body,connected by Shao Yang triple energizer meridian is communicated together by Qi ".This point of view is a supplement to the theory of "Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases"The second part is the concrete application of Tang' s academic thought to the study of zhongjing' s sphygmology and six channel diseases,In this part, the author gives a detailed description of Tang' s thought of sphygmology, Disease and Syndrome,pathogenesis,and unfolds Tang's unique idea.The third part is about the extended application of classical prescriptions and herbal drugs.The author introduces Tang' s special way in explaining herbal function and grasping classical prescriptions' essence.Based on Zhongjing' s academic thought,Tang Rongchuan pays much attention to the combination of China and the west and uses the methods of supplement, whole connection and Qi transformation and communication with the unadorned and creative study style and as a result,he develops that largely.Therefore, it is worth studying. |
