control group,Shumai capsule group and huoxuehuayu group express less PCNA,moreα-aetin,have significantly different with AngⅡgroup and bupiyishen group,Shumai capsule is more effect than huoxuehuayu group.3.5 The migration influence of Shumai capsule effect in AngⅡinduced vascular smooth muscle cellAngⅡgroup's VSMC migration distance is longer,compare with control group having significantly different,Shumai capsule group,huoxuehuayu group have a shorter migration distance,have significant difference with AngⅡgroup and bupiyishen group,Shumai capsule of high dose group, Shumai capsule of middle dose group,Shumai capsule of low dose group have have significant difference with AngⅡgroup,Shumai capsule of high dose group have more effective than others.3.6 The MMP-2,TIMP-2 influence of Shumai capsule effect in AngⅡinduced vascular smooth muscle cellAngⅡgroup have significantly different with control group,Shumai capsule group and huoxuehuayu group express less MMP-2,more TIMP-2,have significantly different with AngⅡgroup and bupiyishen group.Shumai capsule is more effective than huoxuehuayu group.4 Conclusion4.1 AngⅡcan enhance the capacity of cell proliferation and the promotion of cell migration4.2 Shumai capsule could inhibit the AngⅡ-induced cell activity and cell migration,the inhibition of VSMC proliferation and migration primarily by inhibiting the activity of cells to reduce cell mitosis,increasing NO,MDA secretion,reduce the secretion of SOD to reduce the PCNA,MMP-2 expression,increasingα-actin,TIMP-2 expression,inhibiting cell migration and play a role,in which Shumai capsule group than huoxuehuayu group,Shumai capsule of high dose group inhibition is stronger than others. 4.3 Bupiyishen group can not be played the role of inhibition,even with AngⅡhaving the promotion of promoting cell proliferation and migration.
