Poppy Capsules, Fragrant Yellow Mixture With The Analgesic Effect Of Morphine And Bowel Movements Affect Contrast To Experimental Research

Object: To observe the effect of pain-relieving of mice,through one-off administration of decoction of Poppy, Mscontin tablet and Morphine Hydrochloride injection;To observe the effect of pain-relieving and small intestine propulsion function of mice,through one-off and consecutive administration of compound xianghuang, decoction of Poppy, Mscontin tablet and one-time Morphine Hydrochloride injection .Methods: The hot-plate experiment was used to study the pain threshold,while carbon powder propulsion experiment in small intestine was used to observe the percentage of carbon powder propulsion.Results:1.In hot-plate experiment: single administration of decoction of poppy, Mscontin tablet and morphine hydrochloride injection all markably enhance the pain threshold 30min,60min,90min after(p<0.05) ,and there are no significant difference between every two of the three groups(p>0.05);2.In hot-plate experiment: single and consecutive administration of compound xianghuang, decoction of poppy, Mscontin tablet and single-time morphine hydrochloride injection all markably enhance the pain threshold 30min,60min,90min after(p<0.05) ,and there are no significant difference between every two of the four groups(p>0.05);3.carbon powder propulsion experiment in small intestine: single and consecutive administration decoction of poppy, Mscontin tablet and single-time morphine hydrochloride injection all have significantly inhibiting effect on the propulsion function of small intestine (p<0.05),and after single and consecutive administration of compound xianghuang , the percentage of carbon powder propulsion respectively are 58.2%, 56.0%, and there are no significant difference from normal control group(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.decoction of poppy can enhance the value of pain threshold of mice for high temperature, and there are no significant difference from mescontin tablet ,morphine hydrochloride injection.2.Compound xianghuang can enhance the value of pain threshold of mice for high temperature, and there are no significant difference from mescontin tablet ,morphine hydrochloride injection and decoction of poppy,and simultaneously hasn't injhibiting effect on enterokinesia of mice.
