| objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and the safety of the therapy Fu Zheng Kang Ai decoction combined with chemotherapy in treating patients with breast cancer.Methods:32 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,16 patients in therapy group with Fu Zheng Kang Ai decoction combined with chemotherapy(TE regimen),and 16 in control group with chemotherapy alone,curative effect were appreciated after two courses of treatment.Results:After two periods of treatment,weight,KPS,tumor marker,immune parameters,the chemotherapeutic toxicities were all improved in therapy group,better than in control group(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Fu Zheng Kang Ai decoction combined with chemotherapy is an effective and safe method in treating patients with breast cancer.It can improve patient's quality of life,enhance immunity,and reduce toxic response of chemotherapy. |
