The Objective Dialectic With The Traditional Dialectical Tinnitus Study

Objectives:The study aimed to search for the objective syndrome differentiation of tinnitus from the two different aspects through audiology index and the assessment of psychic reaction.Methods:The syndrome differentiation was made by professor at least according to tradition 4 diagnostic methods.The syndrome is regarded as criterion.Audiology indexes and the assessment of psychic reaction were detected for each patient.All data were added into multielement discriminant function,and computed to an objective type of syndrome.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of each syndrome were calculation.Result:The study was verified on the foreseeability from two different aspects based on whether accompanied by typical Syndrome of TCM.Conclusions:The foreseeability verified that based on the indexes of audiometry and the assessment of psychic reaction,the accurate rate of the multivariate discriminant function of the four Syndromes.
