ObjectiveEndometriosis is a Common gynecological disease Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis is to relieve symptoms and reduce the recurrence of advantages and features, including Differential Treatment which is the classic method.Modem Medicine established endometriosis pathological blood stasis in real terms,but because of their understanding of etiology and pathogenesis,the differentiation of symptoms and signs for classifiacaiton have their own focus.In view of EMs's diverse clinical manifestatios and complex Pathogenesis,the awareness of this disease mainly comes from the accumulated traditional dialectical experience,which lacks the investigation material of epidemiology on the symtomes.This study was to integrate modem Syndrome reduce dimension and Increase class research methods,combine the investigation material of epidemiology and modern statistics to probe into the symptom and sign distribution.MethodsThis research will use a method of combining the investigation material of epidemiology and modem statistics to probe into the distribution of EMs's symptom and sign distribution of TCM.This research was carried out by consulting related articles and books extensively,combinging the authoritative EMs syndrome differentiation certificate of present stage,asking for expers's advices,and designing "the investigation for for EMs symptom an sign of TCM".Then we investigated EMs patients and make records carefully.According to the diagnosis standard,we learned the syndrome of every case.Laterly,with the help of covariance software of the SPSS13.0,we use distribution frequency analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,Correspondence analysis and crosstable analysis to classify the familiar syndrome differentiation factors of each syndrome type.ResultsAccording to the research,within the single symptom-sign,Qi-stagnation Zheng has the similar high contributionce and Correspondence to manifestations of dysmenorrhea, steriliy,pelvic masses.Cold accumulation corresponds with dysmenorrhea apparently;Kidney Deficiency zheng corresponds with sterility apparently;Phlegm-Dampness zheng has a relatively obvious correspondence to pelvic mass.By synthesizing hierarchical clustering and medical knowledge,wo know that Qi-stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, Liver-Qi-stagnation and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Qi-stagnation and Cold accumulation and blood stasis syndrome, Phlegm accumulates with stagnant blood,Kidney deficiency and dampness and heat blood stasis glue each other syndrome are the common symptom-signs of EMs.
