Ea With The Gastrocnemius Muscle Atrophy In The Sd Rat Sciatic Nerve In The Sunderland Iv Injury Musk Injection

OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of electronic needle and shexiang injection for gastrocnemius atrophy caused by sciatic nerve Sunderlandâ…£injure of SD rat.METHODS: 96 SD rats were made into the model denervated skeletal muscle in left lower limb by SunderlandV-mjureing sciatic nerve,then put them randomly into A group(model group),B group (electric needle treatment group ),C group (shexiang injection treatment group),D group (electric needle plus shexiang injection treatment group),24 rats in every group ; A group: inject 0.05ml Sodium Chloride in suturation opening near the proximum of nerve trunk with microinjector since the fourth day after the model was done ,fixing rats on the fixation tool , repeat the treatment everyday till the whole experiment was finished ; B group : enter HuaTuo facial needles in HuanTiao(GB 30) and YangLingQuan(GB 34) 5mm , then link the negative pole of electric needle apparatus with the needle inserted in YangLingQuan(GB 34) for 20 minutes since the fourth day after the model was done , fixing method like A group, repeat the treatment everyday till the whole experiment was finished ;C group: inject 0.05ml shexiang parenteral solution in suturation opening near the proximum of nerve trunk with microinjector since the fourth day after the model was done , fixing method like A group , repeat the treatment everyday till the whole experiment was finished ; D group: treat this group in the way of B group and C group since the fourth day after the model was done , fixing method like A group , repeat the treatment everyday till the whole experiment was finished . Observe the changes of wet weight of gastrocnemius,diameter and crosssection area of muscle fiber of gastrocnemius and fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius at the 4^th,8^th,12^th week of the experiment respectively.RESULTS: Studying respectively changes of the percentage of wet weight of gastrocnemius,diameter and crosssection area of muscle fiber of gastrocnemius,the fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius,after 4,8,12 weeks'treatment,significant differiences was gotten between D group and A,B,C group,and the differiences is statistal by one way ANOVA'disposing , P<0.05;and the value of wet weight of gastrocnemius,diameter and crosssection area of muscle fiber of gastrocnemius,the fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius of compound treatment group of electronic needle and shexiang injection is all above the value of A,B,C group, so the conclusion was drawn that compound treatment group of electronic needle and shexiang injection have evidently restricting function for muscle atrophy of gastrocnemius caused by sciatic nerve Sunderlandâ…£injure of SD rats,can slow down the speed of decreasing of wet weight of gastrocnemius,diameter and crosssection area of muscle fiber of gastrocnemius,the fibrillation potential amplitude of gastrocnemius,finally the atrophy speed of gastrocnemius was restrained effectively.CONCLUSION : Compound treatment of electronic needle and shexiang injection works well for delaying the atrophy speed of gastrocnemius with sciatic nerve Sunderlandâ…£injure of SD rats.
