Double Injection, The The Columnar Suture Anal Tightening Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse Clinical Studies

Objective.To observe and assess the therapeutic effect of double deck of cirrhosis,longitudinal suture with anus diminution in the treatment of rectal prolapse.Methods:The 40 cases of rectal prolapse with anal relaxation were randomly divided into study group and control group,the study groups(20 cases) received the treatment of double deck of cirrhosis,longitudinal suture with anus diminution,the control groups(20 cases) received the treatment of double deck of cirrhosis with anus diminution.Observe the curative rate,the postoperative pain,the postoperative ferscence,the retention of urine,the anal aboating,the anal obstruction,the anal disfunction and the relapse rate in twelve months.The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS 11.5 software.Results:Score on symptom of postoperation was lower the preoperation in the two groups.The therapeutic effect indexes such as the anal aboating and the anal obstruction in the 30 days after the operation,the relapse rate in 12 months,in which the study group is superior to the control group signifycantly(p＜0.05).There were no difference between the groups in the postoperative pain,the postoperative fervescence,the retention of urine,the anal aboating,the anal obstruction,the anal disfunction and the curative rate in the operation day and 7 days(p＞0.05).Conclusion:The double deck of cirrhosis,longitudinal suture with anus diminution could not only decrease the relapse rate but also prevent the postoperative complications.Futhermore it is simply.
