Retrogradation Oral Solution To Adjust The Experimental Study Of The Anti-tumor Immune Function

Objective:To explore the regulation on Huisheng-liquid on the antitumor immune function of mice.Methods:1 Peritoneal macrophages were collected aseptically and cultured with HL-60,then treated with Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml),Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.3025g/ml) and 5-Fu respectively.The cells from different concentrations were measured with MTT methods respectively.The results were compared and analyzed statistically,and then,activity of macrophages can be counted.2 H22 hepatoma models were established by injecting murine hepatoma cell H22 into mice subcutaneously.Mice were then treated with NS,Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml),Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.3025 g/ml) and 5-Fu. The IL-12,IL-18 from serum and supematant of spleen cell culturing were tested.Results:1 The activity of macrophages of Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml)was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05),while the activity of 5-Fu group decreased to the level of other groups(P＜0.01).2 The IL-12,IL-18 from the serum of group Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml) were higher than that of of control group(P＜0.01),while the IL-12,IL-18 of 5-Fu group decreased to the level of other groups(P＜0.01).3 The IL-12,IL-18 from the supematant of spleen cell culturing of groupHuisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml) were higher than that of control group(P＜0.01),while the IL-12,IL-18 of 5-Fu group decreased to the level of other groups(P＜0.01). Conclusion:1 The activity of macrophages can be promoted by Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml).2 The secretion of the IL-12,IL-18 can be promoted by Huisheng-liquid(drug concentration 0.6050g/ml),so the antitumor immune function of mice can be promoted.3 The antitumor immune function of mice can be inhibited by the 5-Fu.
