| Objective:By the pulse condition characteristic and parametric change of pulse of the left Guan pulse and right Guan pulse observing the Type 2 Diabetes middle and old age patients of traditional Chinese medicion syndrome types, discuss the Type 2 Diabetes middle and old age patients of traditional Chinese medicion syndrome types and parametric correlativity of pulse condition, expect to lead the pulse parameter into Chinese differentiation and make an effort for Objective, standard Chinese medicine differentiation of Type 2 Diabetes.Method:81 Type 2 Diabetes middle and old age patients are divided into 4 common patterns in according to《guiding principles for clinical study of new Chinese medicine(try out)》2002: hot toxin due to Yin defficency, damp and hot obstruction the spleen,Qi and Yin defficency, choroid blood stasis,we adopt intellectual pulse Instrument of ZM-Ⅲtype to determine left Guan, right Guan pulse of these Type 2 Diabetes patients in the four groups and contrust with 20 normal person to analyze the parameter change and the characteristic of pulse picture parameters in every groups.Result:1. Wiry pulse and rapid pulse are the fundamental pulse of the Type 2 Diabetes patients. Hot toxin due to Yin defficency is mainly shown as rapid pulse. Damp and hot obstruction the spleen is mainly shown as smooth and ranpid pulse, wiry and smooth pulse. Qi and Yin defficency is mainly shown as wiry and deficent pulse. Choroid blood stasis is mainly shown as wiry pulse, weak and thready pulse.2.The pulse picture parameters of hot toxin due to Yin defficency show that t of the left Guan is lower, h4/h1,t of the right Guan is lower; the pulse picture parameters of damp and hot obstruction the spleen show that h3/h1,h4/h1,w1/t,t of the left Guan is lower, h5/h1 is higher,h4/h1,t of the right Guan is lower, h5/h1 is higher; the pulse picture parameters of Qi and Yin defficency show that h1 of the left Guan is lower,h1 of the right Guan is lower, h3/h1,h4/h1,w1/t is higher;the pulse picture parameters of choroid blood stasis show that h1,t of the left Guan is higher, h5/h1 is lower,h3/h1,h4/h1,w1/t,t of the right Guan is higher. We find there is obvious difference between these parameters and parameters of normal persons(P<0.05).3.The pulse picture parameters of hot toxin due to Yin defficency show that there is obvious difference between the h5/h1 of left Guan and right Guan(P<0.05), the pulse parameters of Qi and Yin defficency show that there is obvious difference between the h5/h1 of left Guan and rightGuan(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wiry pulse ansd rapid pulse are the fundamental pulse of the Type 2 Diabetes patients. All these pulse conditions can provide Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis with some assistant dependence.2.
