Objective : Observe WangBiKeLi impacting nephridial histomorphology,Urine protein quantitation,creatinine and urea nitrogen and the PTK content in rats' renal tissue of the model of RA-MsPGN rats. To approach the mechanism of action for WangBiKeLi treating the impaired kidneys of Rheumatoid Arthritis.Method: Fractionate 73 rats into 6 groups randomly, there are blank control group(blank group)13rats, model control group(model group)20rats, masculine medicine control group(LeiGongTeng group) and high,middle,low—dose group of WangBiKeLi (high,middle,low—dose group)10rats per group. Expect for the blank control group, the other groups are made RA-MsPGN model. All treating groups are drenched medicine, blank group and model group are drenched homo-volume physiologic saline. Observe WangBiKeLi's influence about,Urine protein quantitation,creatinine and urea nitrogen and the PTK content of renal tissue of the model rats.Result: The distinction between model group and blank group about the nephridial histomorphology is obvious (P<0. 01), and the distinction between the WangBiKeLi high,middle,low dose groups and model group has significance (P<0.05), and there is no distinction between all WangBiKeLi groups and LeiGongTeng group (P>0. 05). Compared with blank group, RA-MsPGN rats' the urinary volume in 24h,Urine protein quantitation and serum creatinine level increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0. 001) , but the urea nitrogen has no obvious change (P>0.05) . LeiGongTeng and WangBiKeLi high,middle,low dose all can decrease the urinary volume in 24h,Urine protein quantity obviously (P<0. 05,P <0. 01或P<0. 001), middle-dose WangBiKeLi can decrease the serum creatinine level (P<0. 001), to compare all WangBiKeLi groups with LeiGongTeng group, there is on distinction (P> 0.05) ;the PTK content of nephridial tissue is higher in RA-MsPGN model rats than blank rats (P<0. 001) , The LeiGongTeng and high,middle,low-dose groups of WangBiKeLi all can decrease the PTK content of nephridial tissue in model rats (P<0. 05或P<0.01) , and there is no distinction between all WangBiKeLi groups and LeiGongTeng group (P>0.05).Conclusion: The nephridial tissue of the RA-MsPGN rats has patho-change, that means the model-making is successful, and the WangBiKeLi can inhibit the hyperplasy of Mesangial cells and mesenterial substratum. WangBiKeLi decreased the model rats' Urine protein,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen level, and inhibited the PTK activity of model rats. It may be one of the mechanisms for WangBiKeLi having therapeutical effect for the RA-MsPGN.
