Niaodukang Enema Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure Experimental Study

Objective:To investigate NiaoDuKang enema on experimental rat model of chronic renal failure(CRF),for the development of non-dialysis treatment of CRF of Chinese medicine enema provide the basis for new drugs.Methods:adenine gavage method rats with chronic renal failure model,the establishment of the normal group,model group,NiaoDuKang Enema of the high dose group (4.52 g/ml),NiaoDuKang Enema of the low dose group(2.26 g / ml) and the positive control group of ShenShuaiKang enema,began making model enema administration,2 w drugs. Detection of rats in each group before treatment and after 24h urine,urine protein,the proportion and medication after 2w Scr,BUN,p³⁺,K⁺,Na⁺,Ca²⁺,RBC,HGB,HCT and renal pathology organizations changes in comparison.Results:Model weight of the rats reduced significantly,adverse nutritional status.Scr. BUN increased,urine routine change significantly,there renal anemia,electrolyte imbalance. Microstructure of kidney damage significant,compared with the normal control group had significant difference(p＜0.05),the treatment group compared with the model of the control group significantly improved(p＜0.05),the treatment group compared with no significant difference.Conclusion:NiaoDuKang enema fluid can delay adenine CRF rats renal failure process.
