Shandong Wild Atractylodes Species Identification And Quality Evaluation Research

Objective: In order to address the issue of Atractylodes wild scarce resources to meet the clinical needs and raise the using and the development of Atractylodes wild resource, the HPLC fingerprint atlas corresponding was established and the composition of Atractylodes that were collected from Mengshan in Mengyin County of Shandong Province and Kunyushan in Yantai city of Shandong Province and Maoshan in Jiangsu Province.has been analyzed in this paper. GC-MS technology and other aspects of analysis technolages were used in this paper.Methods: Textually researches and the material inquiry through the book about Chinese medicine to the wild resources distribution, the variety, the quality, the distinction and so on. Through microscopic identification technology analyzes different origin for the wild Atractylodes identification and analyzes the similarities and differences of points. The methodologies of HPLC fingerprint atlas of Atractylodes Thunb such as chromatogram conditions (detection wavelength and mobile phase), extraction method, precision, stability and reproducibility were investigated. Benzophenone has been taken as the internal standard in the paper. In the paper the date of the fingerprint hased been studied. The technique of GC-MS has been used in order to study chemical composition of Atractylodes oil.Results: There is a relatively comprehensive understanding of the resource distribution, the species, the quality and the identification of Atractylodes distributed in Shandong Province. A relatively stable method was achieved. An idear that Atractylodes from Mengshan is a variant of Atractylodes from Maoshan in Jiangsu Province has been given in shis paper.Benzophenone has been used as internal standard, total peak time of relative retention time and the relative peak area ratio points about Atractylodes that were collected in different harvesting from different origin were compared in this paper . Similarity of Atractylodes that were collected from different time from Mengshan in Mengyin County of Shandong Province was higher than 0.95, Similarity of Atractylodes that were collected form different origin was higher than 0.90. Conclusion: In this paper different characteristics such as the plant shape,the textile fiber distinction, the physics and chemistry distinction, the spectrum distinction of Atractylodes that from Mengshan in Mengyin County of Shandong Province has been studied.All kinds of distinction technologys such as HPLC,GC-MS techniques had been used in this paper.A point that Atractylodes from Mengshan in Mengyin County of Shandong Province is a variant of Atractylodes from Maoshan in Jiangsu province is given in this paper. Some help about clinical application has been given in this paper.
