For a long time, it is difficult and expensive for China's rural people to see a doctor. This issue becomes a major factor which distress the stable development of China's rural areas and handicap to solve the "country, agriculture, farmer " issue. To do a good job in rural health work, strengthen personnel training and team building is fundamental. Intensifying the training of rural physicians and improving the standard of medical care in rural areas, has aroused widespread concern in all communities and become social hot spots. This paper, starting with the status quo of rural physicians, studied impact on the team building of rural physicians in multi-angle. Combining the advanced experience at home and abroad, this paper proposed the team building path of rural physicians and policy on the basis of the analysis of factors.Chapter I of this article is about the research background, elaborating the rural health work has important significance for building a new socialist country. For rural health work, the emphasis is on the quality of rural physicians. In recent years, national and all local governments fully understand the importance of rural physicians, they issued a rural physicians development plans and objectives which promoted the development pace for team building of rural physicians. But with the growing health needs of people and the gap between urban and rural health workforce , the mission of team building of rural physicians is still very arduous and urgent!Chapter II is study about current situation of rural physicians. By going through health almanac and related materials, the understanding and awareness of rural health workforce quality and quantity of Jiangsu province was enhanced.Chapter III is about the analysis of reasons. On the basis of understanding of rural physicians' status quo in Jiangsu province, a comprehensive analysis from the health manpower planning, medical model, policy implementation, human resources management respectively was studied.Chapter IV is about relevant actions in other countries, listing the solutions for the problem of inadequate rural physicians in Japan and the United States which is helpful for us to solve the similar issues.Chapter V is about the recommendations for the path and policy. From medical education, increasing government investment, establishing employment-oriented policies, the establishment of talent stability mechanism and strengthen the legal system building, suggestions for the path and policy of the team building of rural physicians was proposed.
