| Objective:Observation Taohongsiwu soup for high myopia macular hemorrhage efficacy of drugs for high myopia macular hemorrhage in an effective way.Methods:All subjects were derived from Chinese medicine hospital in Hubei Province and Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Region ophthalmic December 2005 to December 2007,selecting the age of 20 to 60-year-old high myopia macular 68 cases of bleeding in patients with the subjects,patients informed consent of the efficacy under observation,according to the random distribution of cards will be patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.One treatment group of 33 patients 35 eyes to give oral medicine decoction Taohongsiwu soup,on the 1st one,boiling for water 200 ml,drink for twice a day,a week for treatment,and even served in four courses. Control group,32 cases of 33 eyes,which giving oral medicine woliting upto four weeks,in the week after treatment,two weeks,three weeks, four weeks by hand inspection of vision correction,as well as retinal hemorrhage absorption fundus fluorescein angiography in vascular conditions.Clinical evaluation criteria:According to "State of TCM industry standards·TCM syndrome diagnosis of standards" for the efficacy criteria.Cured: macular hemorrhage completely absorbed,to restore eyesight of the former vision correction;effectual:macular hemorrhage basic absorption,and improved vision Line 2 above;effective5 macular hemorrhage of absorption,and improved vision 0 to 1;null and void: Macular slow or no bleeding absorption absorption,or repeated bleeding,but vision do not increase or decrease. Results:1.Comparison of the result of the two groups:One week after treatment,the treatment group,the total efficiency of 82.8%for the control group,the total efficiency of 66.7%,x2 = 4.83,P＞0.05,there was no significant difference in treatment for two weeks after the treatment group,efficiency of 88.5%,the total efficiency of the control group was 72.7%,x2 = 5.28,P＞0.05,there was no significant difference between the treatment three weeks after the treatment group, the total efficiency of 94.3%,the total efficiency of the control group was 81.8%,x2 = 8.18,P＜0.05,two groups that there was significant difference between the treatment four weeks after the treatment group, the total efficiency of 97.1%,the total efficiency of the control group was 84.8%,x2 = 8.08,P＜0.05,two proven treatment methods There was a significant difference,and the effect of the treatment group than the control group.2.Absorption time of the hemorrhage were absorbed:treatment group absorbed within a week,7 cases(20%),absorption within two weeks,11 patients(31.4%),within three weeks of absorption in 9 patients(25.7%),absorbing around 7 cases(20%),yet four weeks after absorbing 1 patients(2.9%)and the average number of days bleeding absorbed 17.3 days for the control group absorbed within one week and three cases(9.1%),within two weeks to absorb five cases(15.2%), absorption within three weeks,eight cases(24.2%),absorbing around 12 cases(36.3%),has not yet absorbed four weeks after five cases (15.2%)and the average number of days hemorrhage absorption of 22.1 days,compared two groups hemorrhage absorption time x2 = 10.39,P＜0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion:The study results show that clinical trials:Taohongsiwu soup has better Blood Circulation,nourishing blood and the effect of a high degree of myopia can be effective in promoting macular hemorrhage at the end of the absorption,is a safe and effective treatment for macular hemorrhage high myopia method. |
