Back ground:Coronary arthrosclerosis heart disease (CHD) is the heart disease of ischemia due to arthrosclerosis and spasm of coronary artery which gives rise to partly or totally obstruction of it. Pectoral angina is a subtype of CHD, which is caused by insufficient blood support to the heart, transmit ischemia, and hypoxia. CHD is a common disease in our country, which is a big threat to people'health.CHD couldn't correspond with any disease in TCM, however, its clinical manifestation is similar to Chest- bi syndrome, or Heart- bi syndrome, and palpitation. Coordinating group of State administration of TCM of PRC gives an guideline that pectoral angina corresponds with Chest - bi syndrome , and myocardial infarction corresponds with Chest - bi Xin - Jue. With the improvement of everyday life quality, the changes of dietary structure take place, which characterized by excessive fat and cool, smoking and drinking, which cause the increase risk for CHD. There are a great number of papers shared a point that the disease has a close relation to phlegm- dampness. According to the Basic the Basic theory of TCM test book which is used by the TCM colleges, it is a gradual course from slight to serious that the dampness evolves into phlegm. According to the preventive disease theory in TCM, the treatment of CHD in TCM should observe the principle, that is, from the perspective of dampness to carry out the treatment. However, there are so many literatures in this field which describes the chest- bi, heart- bi, Xin- tong, palpitation respectively, so we need to combine internal and external dampness together, and treat the CHD with principle of removing dampness in TCM theory.Objection : from the aspect of basic theory , Chinese decoction and acupuncture, correlation between CHD and dampness pathogen is discussed to provide a guideline for clinic practice. By analysis, and summary of regulation on treatment in traditional classic books, some principle will be provided for the treatment of CHD.Method: do the retrieval of traditional Chinese books with keywords Chest- Bi, Heart- bi, Xin- tong, Lung-Bi, which are collected from"TCM terminology explanation","dictionary of TCM terminology","TCM CiHai"and"concise TCM dictionary". All the materials related with those keywords were collected together, and analyzed according development of TCM medical history.Main contents:1. Chest- Bi: do the analyses according the material collected from"inner canon","golden chamber"and"Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun", get the conclusion that the constitution of lung qi deficiency is related with Chest- Bi syndrome. The common pathogen mechanism is that: because of deficiency of chest- Yang(Lung- Yang), external pathogen attacked the chest and made obstruction of Qi movement which means"Yang deficiency and Yin retention". The treatment of Chest - Bi syndrome should consider the pathogen mechanism , regulate qi movement in middle jiao and remove external evil.2. Heart- Bi syndrome: do the analysis according to material of"inner canon"and"Qian Jin Yi Fang". The pathophysiology is based on internal and external pathogen , while the external is vital essence; the diagnosis and treatment is similar to Chest- Bi syndrome, and the principle is regulating qi movement.3. Xin- Tong: considering"Sanyiji- Bingzhengfanglun.Jiutongxulun"as the guideline, discuss on the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment from the external, internal and neither external nor internal factors.4. Palpitation: collect all the materials related with palpitation from all the traditional books. With dampness distention, the treatment principle is discussed.
