ObjectionsBy collecting and sorting out the relevant data of Mr.Zhang Zhiyuan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper traces the origin of his academic thought,summarizes and refines his clinical experience and academic thought in the treatment of systemic diseases in internal medicine,so that the academic thought and clinical experience of the master of traditional Chinese medicine can be better inherited and developed.MethodsThis paper takes the manuscript notes,academic works and published academic papers of Professor Zhang as the object,and adopts the traditional philological research method in order to trace the origin of his academic thought,and to collate,analyze and summarize his clinical experience,and to refine his academic thought Then write research paperResultsBased on the analysis of the life,scholarship and clinical experience of Professor Zhang Zhiyuan,a master of TCM,this paper recapitulates the characteristics of his research and summarizes his understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of internal diseases such as cold,cough,chest arthralgia,mania syndrome,dementia,phobia,diarrhea,headache,biliary arthralgia,tympanites,fever due to internal injury,lumbago,flaccidity disease and so on.So we can refine and sublimate his internal medicine academic thoughts system of "three theories,two views and two explications":"three theories",namely,Daqi monism,Xuanfu collaterals system theory,the Correlation of TCM and Yi-olog,"two views",that is,the corresponding time medicine view of heaven and man,stomach-qi-based view of disease treatment,and "two explications",that is,the explication of the theory of wind medicine and the explication ofthe dose-effect theory of "man-symptom-prescription-medicine"ConclusionsThrough the research,it is concluded that Professor Zhang Zhiyuan is rigorous in scholarship and has a unique approach to scholarship.He is rich both in academic studies and medical morality.He has rich clinical experience in internal medicine,and his academic thought system is hugeand rich in content.It can be summarized as the differentiation and treatment system of "three theories,two views and two explications" under the guidance of "Yi-olog" and dominated by "Qi",which is quite characteristic.Its academic methods can be used for reference,and its clinical experience and academic thoughts have good enlightening,practical and important clinical value.His clinical experience and academic thoughts have made important contributions to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine,and are of great value and significance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine.
