Anisodamine In Septic Shock Discussion On The Application

Objective:To observe the effect of anisodamine on patients with septic shock.Methods:45 patients admitted to ICU with septic shock were divide into treatment group and control group.The patients control group in received routine treatment.Patients the treatment group were intravenously infused with 0.33mg/Kg anisodamine for 3days(3 times/days)besides routine treatment.The mean arterial blood pressure,heart rate, respiration,temperature,urine volume,WBC,percent of NE,liver function,renal function,CRP,available rate,and the mortality were recorded.Results:The effective rate and morality of the treatment group were 61.90%and 47.62%,while of the control group were 62.50%and 50.00%,but there was no significant difference.There was difference between the two groups on mean arterial blood pressure,heart rate, respiration,temperature,urine volume,WBC,percent of NE,liver function,renal function,CRP,available rate,and the mortality. Conclusion:In the treatment of septic shock,anisodamine can't improve the prognosis.
