Preliminary Study Of Medicine Molecules Prescription Therapy For Stroke

The prescription is applied to the clinic of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).The traditional prescription is composed of the Traditional Chinese Medicine. The molecule prescription is composed of the composition of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.The chemical composition of the Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription is complicated, so it is difficult to control the quality and change the preparation and research the mechanism of action. It is easy to control the quality and change the preparation and research the mechanism of action.The injection of molecule prescription in preventing the ischemic stroke should be one important way of curing the ischemic stroke of the brain.In order to develop the molecule prescription of curing the ischemic stroke of the brain,we have conducted a series of experiments,the main content is as following:1 We have researched the ischemic stroke model of the rat. The result indicated that the behavior evaluating mark and volume of cerebral ischemia in the rats of the model group are higher than that in the rats of the control group, so the ischemic stroke animal model induced by MCAO with suture method is feasible.2 Using ischemic stroke animal model induced by MCAO with suture method , we have studied the Traditional Chinese Medicine ginseng. The result indicated that the ginsenosides could reduce the behavior evaluating mark and volume of cerebral ischemia.3 Using ischemic stroke animal model induced by MCAO with suture method,we have studied the the traditional Chinese prescription Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction. The result indicated that the Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction could reduce the behavior evaluating mark and volume of cerebral ischemia.Based on the experiment , we have constructed the Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction molecule prescription.Also using ischemic stroke animal model induced by MCAO with suture method,the result is that the effect of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction molecule prescription is corresponded with the Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction.4 For constructing the Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction molecule prescription,we have determined the contents of geniposide,baicalin and berberine in the Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method.We have analyzed the chemical component of Huang-Lian-Jie-Du Decoction and the component joined in the mouse blood by the high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method.We have primarily studied the motabolism of geniposide,baicalin and berberine in mouse body.
