Compared with the blank experimental cells group, there were significant differences. For the performance of the experimental group G1 and S period didn't change significantly, G2~M cells increased significantly. To fluorouracil group and middle dose Xiaoliutang group have significant changes in the cell cycle.Conclusion:1 Xiaoliutang can restrain the growth of Bel-7402 cells. 2 Xiaoliutang can induce Bel-7402 cells apoptosis.3 The mechanism on molecule that Xiaoliutang induce apoptosis of Bel-7402 cells is probably related with inhibit Bel-7402 cells cycles.4 It suggests that Xiaoliutang is a potent drug for the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer.
