| ObjectiveTo Observe the clinic curative effect and safety of "zhituoⅡhao keli" in the treatment of androgentic alopecia the type of xueXufengzao,and comprehend its regulation role for the level of gonadal hormone by determining the serum levels of testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2) hormone of patients before and after the treatment.Menthods1.clinical observation1.1 Selecting 74 patients who came from clinic alopecia of the wuhan first hospital in August 2006 to December 2007.All cases according with standard Western medicine,Chinese medicine sub-standard and exclusion criteria.They were divided into treatment group and control group by randomly.Treatment group include 40 cases,control group include 34 cases. Two groups were no obviously different from age,sex,disease courses and scores of prior trement(P＞0.05).They have comparability.1.2 treatment group took one "zhituoⅡhaokeli" dosage orally per day,two times with infused witn water.And comparsion group took vitamin B6 10mg,tid,and vitamin B2 5mg,tid,for oral use.During therapy period both groups used external Sheng Fa spiritus made inwuhan first hospital,twice one day.,and then massaged 3-5 minutes.The course of treatment was one month.1.3 Scoring two groups according to different pathogenetic condition at the first visit and return visit each time,andevaluating curative effect after 3 months.At the same time,observing the drug adverse reaction of treatment group.1.4 The total effective rate was performed with x2 test,the mark of pathogenetic condition was performed with t-test.2 experimental research 2.1 To measure the change serum levels of testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2):25 patients of treatment group were measured the change serum levels of T and E2 before and after treatment.Collecting of up to 3ml peripheral vein blood of patients.The serum levels of T and E2 was estimated by radioimmunoassay and reestimated after three course s of treatment.2.2 The data of experiment were performed with t-test.Results1.Evaluating scores of pathogenetic conditionThe scores of pathogenetic condition of both groups was not obviously different(P＞0.05)before treatment;the scores of pathogenetic condition of every intragroup were obviously different(treatment group P＜0.01, control group P＜0.05);Comparing intergroup,treatment group was significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).2.Evaluating curative effectAfter three months,among treatment group(n=40)the number of cure is 4 cases(10.0%),the number of obvious effect is 9 cases(22.5%),the cases of effect is 20 cases(50.0%),the number of nullity is 7 cases (17.5%),total effective rate is 32.5%;among control group(n=34),the number of cure is 1 cases(2.9%),the number of obvious effect is 3cases (8.8%),the number of effect is 12 cases(35.3%),the number of nullity is 18 cases(52.9%),total effective rate is 11.76%.By statistics analysis,treatment group's total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group's(P＜0.05).3.to evaluate data of experimentation25 patients,after therapy the serum levels of T for male patients were decreased obviously(P＜0.05),but the levels of T for female patients were decreased disobviously(P＞0.05);and the serum levels of E2 for male patients were increased disobviously(P＞0.05),but the levels of E2 for female patients were increased obviously(P＜0.01).4.Drug side effectsOnly 1 female case of the treatment group(n=40)has adverse reaction that menstrual volume increased during menstrual period.But it recovered to the normal level during the next menstrual period after stopping drug during menstrual period.ConclusionThe total effective rate and scores after therapy of treatment group outstrip control group.The serum levels of T for male patients were decreased obviously,the serum levels of E2 for female patients were increased obviously.And the incidence rate of adverse reaction is lower.So,zhituoⅡhaokeli have good curative effect for androgentic alopecia of xuexufengzao.It can regulate serum levels of gonadal hormone,and make patients have better compliance. |
