Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs(Shenlingbaishu San)therapy on malnutrition on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)patients.And offering new method and basis for the fact that the peritoneum of therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine dialyses malnutrition.Methods:1.106 malnutritive patients who carried on CAPD in the kidney internal medicine peritoneum of the first hospital of Wuhan by 2007.2-2007.12 was chosen,consulting " traditional Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guide principle",and carry on the dialectical dividing type of Chinese medicine,72 patients with spleen-kidney Qi(yan)-deficiency,both Qi-Yin deficiency 23,liver kidney deficiency of Yin with Yin-Yan two deficiency amount to 11.2.72 patients with spleen-kidney Qi(yan)-deficiency were randomly divided into three groups at random:traditional chinese medicine group,fresenius group,control group,24 patients with every groups.The control group for the high-quality protein diet and fully dialyse and treat,combine and control blood pressure,control blood glucose,correct anaemia,enrich the calcium and supplement vitamins to deal with to the ill according to the condition;Traditional Chinese medicine group healing solution and control group,add clothes join Shenlingbaishu San;Make healing solution with control group add clothes turn on with(compound a - ketoacid blocks of 0.12g/kg.d) in the same group;It is 6 months that three groups observing time.Three group in sex, age,dialysing age and diseasing condition,have a significance difference by statistics respective,there is comparativity.3.Observe the physical symptom of 3 group before and after treatment,assessed for SGA nutrition,compared its overall curative effect.4.Observes the biochemical index:Hb,Alb,Scr,nPNA;24h urine Creatinine,urea nitrogen;24h creatinine of peritoneal dialysis fluid,urea nitrogen completely,24h albumen of peritoneal dialysis fluid and urine of 24h completely.5.Compare the discrepancy with traditional Chinese medicine group and fresenius group of the clinical symptom before and after treatment.Result:1.After treated Shenlingbaishu San,the efficiency of the traditional chinese medicine group is 70.8%,31.8%of control group(P＜0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine group is obviously superior to the control group.Open in the fresenius group after treating,efficiency is 81.8%always,comparing with the traditional Chinese medicine group(P＞0.05),the efficiency of two groups is equal.2.The comparison of relevant biochemical indexe in the three groups before and after treatment:Hb,Alb,DEI,DPI,nPNA in the traditional chinese medicine group was more than pre-treatment(P＜0.05).Hb,Alb,nPNA in the fresenius group was compared with pre-treatment,difference have a significance meaning,DEI,DPI have a obvious change in front and at the back of the treatment,control group have obvious change(P＞0.05)treat relatively post-treatment.Hb,Alb,DEI,DPI,nPNA of the traditional chinese medicine group raised obviously to the control group after treatment(0.05 P＜).Hb,Alb,nPNA in the fresenius group raised obviously to control group(P＜0.05),there is no signification in DEI,DPI compared with the control group. The therapeutic effect of the traditional chinese medicine is superior to the control group,and DEI,DPI are superior to the fresenius group.3.After treatmnt,SGA in the traditional chinese medicine group and the fresenius group have obvious difference(P＜0.05)to the pre-treatment.The control group treatment's SGA was not changed obviously to the pre-treatment(P＞0.05).SGA in the traditional chinese medicine group and the fresenius group obviously reduced to the pre-treatment.SGA did not have a remarkable difference(P＞0.05)between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the fresenius group.4.The comparison of clinical symptom between the traditional chinese medicine group and the fresenius group:the clinical symptom between the traditional chinese medicine group and the fresenius group Group obviously was improved after treatment.Shenlingbaishu San can improve patient's food and the efficiency reach to 90.9%.The symptom of tummy was improved to 91.3%.In the fresenius group,the efficiency of food and tummy is 40.0%,33.3%respective.Shenlingbaishu San can improve the clinical symptom malnutrition on CAPD patients.it is superior to the fresenius.Conclusion:1.Shenlingbaishu San can improve CAPD patient's nutritional status,and curative effect is equal with fresenius.2.Shenlingbaishu San can improve CAPD patient's digestive tract symptom,this result is obvious,superior to the fresenius group.
