The Application Of Continuous Nursing In Patients With Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis

Objective:The continuous nursing is applied in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients,to evaluate and analyse the application effects,hope for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients nursing intervention to provide a certain basis and support.Methods:In October 2015 to October 2016,the hospital treatment of 60 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were used as research materials,this article refer to random digital implementation group and the method of treatment,each group included 30 cases of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients,the routine nursing practice in the control group,will continue nursing practice in the experimental group,taking KDQOL intervention-36 tm questionnaire to assess 2 groups of patients quality of life scores before intervention and 12 weeks after numerical,intervention to self management ability questionnaire assessment 2 groups of patients after 12 weeks of self-management ability score values,and statistics and intervention study of 2 groups of patients after 12 weeks of peritonitis reentry total rate,total rate and nursing satisfaction rate of total.Results:(1)The experimental group patients before the intervention of SF,and 12 evaluation value,body health,mental health score values,KDTA score,kidney burden score values,numerical,the influence of the kidney disease symptoms and discomfort rating score and total score values and calculated by numerical comparison,the control group patients,p >0.05,countless,according to statistical significance after the comparison between the experimental group after 12 weeks of SF,and 12 patients with intervention evaluation value body health,mental health score values,KDTA score numerical numerical,kidney disease,symptoms and discomfort rating score and total score values and the influence of the numerical the control group patients have higher contrast,p < 0.05,there is statistical significance after the comparison between the data,but the intervention group patients after 12 weeks of kidney burden score numerical comparison,numerical calculation and the control group patients,p > 0.05,after countless according to the comparison between the statistical significance of;(2)The intervention group patients after 12 weeks of dialysis,dialysis attitude score values knowledge score and the control group patients were calculated by numerical comparison,p>0.05,countless,according to statistical significance after the comparison between the experimental group after 12 weeks of dialysis patients with intervention behavior score,behavior compliance score values and the numerical the control group patients has higher contrast,p<0.05,there is statistical significance after the comparison between the data;(3)The total rate of peritonitis after 12 weeks of intervention in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,p<0.05,and the statistical significance was statistically significant.(4)The total rate of readmission after12 weeks of intervention in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,p<0.05,and the statistical significance was statistically significant.(5)After 12 weeks of intervention in the experimental group,the total rate of nursing satisfaction and the calculated value of the reference group were higher,p<0.05,and the statistical significance was statistically significant.Conclusion:In continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients to continue nursing can improve the quality of life,can promote continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patient selfmanagement ability,reduce the continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients occurred the phenomenon of peritonitis,and significantly reduce the readmission of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients,promote continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis patients nursing satisfaction,presents the important application value,to show further popularization.
