Hyperplasia of mammary gland is a kind of familiar diseases, which behaves single or multi-nubbles of galactophore, or unclear ambit incrassate galactophore tissue. Ache is also the familiar symptom. It is correlative with emmenia, which may have malignant tendency. Incretion therapy is the main method of the Western medicine, meanwhile promoting the blood circulation silt is the key of treatment of Chinese medicine.Objective: Using GuiZhiFuLingJiaoNang(GZFLJN) and little dose Tmoxifen to treat Cyclomastopathy before menopause of Stagnation of blood. Observing the change of symptom and signs between before and after treatment to evaluate the clinic curative effect,so that we can explore a new kind of integrated treatment which can shorten the treatment process.Methods: Choosing 40 patients who came to surgery clinic of GuangAnMen Hospital for this research. All of them have been diagnosed of Cyclomastopathy and excluded of benign and malignant tumor of galactophore by Ultrasonic Determination.20 patients have been chosen randomly for treating with GZFLJN and Tmoxifen,the other 20 patients for treating with GZFLJN as control group. Observing one emmenia cycle and evaluating curative effect.Results: the total effective rate of treating group is as high as 95%, while the total effective rate of control group is only 85%, there is no obvious difference between the two groups, P>0.05; However, the treating group has better curative effect in the aspect of tumor rigidity; meanwhile, the treating group has faster curative effect in the aspect of tumor size and tumor rigidity.Conclusion: Using GZFLJN and little dose Tmoxifen to treat Cyclomastopathy before menopause of Stagnation of blood has better and faster curative effect in the aspect of breast signs than single GZFLJN.
