Object:1.To collect information of diabetic nephropathy informational by using the structurally clinic informational gathering system designed for data mining to analyze symptoms,prescriptions,types of Chinese medicine of diabetic nephropathy.2 To prove the objectivity and practicability of structurally clinic informational gathering system.Method:1.Based on C/S architecture,with software of power builder and visual basic language,we adjust structural module of system of clinic informational gathering to diabetic nephropathy informational.2.Studying on 1185 T2-DM with DN patients to analyze the frequencies of symptoms,the differentiation for syndrome classification and the Chinese clinic prescriptions.Result:1.The structurally clinic informational gathering system can establish DN informational automatically.It makes scientific research mission efficiency and quality.The system can also reserve huge information of diabetic mellitus regularly,objectively and safety.2.Studying result of symptom in diabetic nephropathy(1)Thirsty was the tiptop of frequency among DN cases,871 cases in total,account for 73.5%.It takes the 1st place of symptom of DN.Diuresis take the second place.The number of it was 832,account for 70.21%.The number of cases of weakness was 762,account for 64.3%.The number of cases of diuresis was 832,account for 70.21%.The result shows that thirsty,diuresis,weakness,blurring vision,and edema are the most familiar symptom of DN.Tongue quality of cases mainly appeared dull,red,weak,account for gore,hot and weak mainly.Fur character mainly appeared thin pale fur,yellow greasy fur,account for wet and hot.From the table of pulse manifestation,the manifestations of sufferers pulse were very dispersedly. Among all prescription,Pills of six herbs including rehmannia was 150,account for 11%..Pulse Activating Powder was 70,account for 0.05%.Conclusion:1.To establish structurally clinic informational gathering system of diabetic nephropathy can meet the clinical requirements and data mining.2.Insufficiency of both qi and in is the base pathological mechanism of diabetic nephropathy.Also the syndrome of weak,gore,wet,hot is appear frequency.3.The founding of individualization of diagnosis and treatment plat and the construction of structurally clinic informational gathering system of diabetic nephropathy make clinic study and science study easily by offering new methods.And the system can be ameliorated further more..
