| Aim:To introduce and evaluate the Comprehensive program of keeping the hip(hip arthroscope+ articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate + Chinese medicine,etc.),and its clinical indications for treatment。To provide new treatment methods for the early metaphase hip osteoarthritis。Method:①Case:Review of the acquisition of 39 cases(43 hips)in September 2001 - 2007 September in the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wangjing Hospital inpatients,All the cases were examined and treated with hip arthroscopy,the average age of 35.7 years old.Follow-up includes before and after treatment Harris hip score and X-rays information,which meet the standards into the cases of 35 cases(38 hips),Removed two cases(3hips)for intervention of other treatments,and lost connection of two cases(2 hip)。TCM type:Group A:anemofrigid-damp arthralgia Syndrome(15 hips),Group B: damp invasion of lower energizer Syndrome(12 hips),Group C:Sukra prameha and hepatic asthenia Syndrome(11 hips).②Treatment:All patients hospitalized during a hip-integrated therapy: programme including hip arthroscopy surgery,during and after intra-articular injection of drugs.Before and after the surgery using Chinese medicine, physiotherapy and other rehabilitation exercises.Chinese Herbs respectively in group A:Duhuojisheng Decoction;group B:Simiao San Jiawei;group C: Liuweidihuangwan to addition and subtraction.Chinese medicines Huanglianjiedu Decoction are used external for Fumigation.Functional training,including the training of active and passive guidance.③Clinical Evaluation:ACase up for 6-61 months,the average 25.1 months; recorded during the follow-up of patients with Harris hip score and X-rays examinations,there are many follow-up to last records prevail。Results:follow-up of 35 patients(38 hips),the follow-up of 6-61 months time,with an average follow-up of 25.1 months,aged 18-55 years,with an average age of 35.7.Hip pain,claudication have different levels improve.Harris score before treatment were 55.95 points,Harris score after treatment were 67.18 points,Harris hip after treatment than before treatment score increased 11.23 points,and the total efficiency of 63.16%,the effect was significant(p＜0.05), the TCM Syndromes of efficiency are as follows:group A 60%,group B,58.3%, group C 72.7%,among the groups of no significant difference(p＞0.05),3 hip imaging examination add a phased,and the remaining cases phases stability. withno increase performance.Conclusions:1.the therapeutic effect of Comprehensive programme of hip is certain。The following are the advantages:relieving the pain,improving the hip function,the quality of life and retarding the development of osteoarthritis process:therapy with minimal trauma,quick recovery,reservation of the inherent structure of the hip;2.The TCM Differential Treatment is effective means,the Chinese drugs between the 3 syndromes of nearly no significant difference;3.Comprehensive therapy of the hip does not change the original deformity of the hip acetabulum and os femoris,unlike other orthopaedic surgery;the therapy fills up the gaps of the treatments during the early metaphase hip osteoarthritis。... |
