Integrative Medicine. Rheumatoid Arthritis Dialectical Type Research

Background Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a multi-systemic, inflammatory ,autoimmune diseases. Peripheral joints are usually involved . It mainly invades small joints of hand, foot, and wrist.If no appropriate treatments are taken in time, condition will aggravate. The final joints deformities, stiffness, and dysfunction will lead to disability. Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in rheumatoid arthritis research pay more attention to the combined treatment. Over the past 20 years, scholars and experts have made a devil of approaches to the TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome.Lack of a unified classification criteria as well as a clear standardized way, each physician according to experience, and understanding of the made the Syndrome Category complicated and varied. Differential Treatment is the characteristics of Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine as a whole reflects the constant dynamic concept, thick highly of the internal disease resistance capacity of human, and emphasizing concrete analysis of specific situations. Western medicine mainly identify disease, for the attention of local and functional changes in the use of modern science and technology and means. It has many strong points in the field of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, the dialectic of Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the debate by combining Western medicine is a combination of clinical research in the basic way of thinking.Purpose This paper aimed at the approaching to the combination of Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine on pathogenesis and disease procession.Method This paper reviews the past 10 years of rheumatoid arthritis in Integrative Medicine Syndrome. Then progress of the cases collected, and analyzes. The patients will be devided into four groups according to the hot and humid Bizu type, Bizu-alpine wetland, Shenqi Deficiency-Cold Zheng, liver and kidney yin Virtual type, bleeding Bizu-divided .The data of age, course of disease, ESR (ESR), rheumatoid factor (RF), immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM), C-reactive protein (CRP), anti-antibody (AKA), anti-nuclear antibody-factor (APF), anti-anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies, and X-ray stage is studied.Result All clinical indicators have differences among the four groups, but only course of disease, ESR, RF, IgG, anti-anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies have significant difference.Conclusion The result reveals that Chinese medicine and various types of clinical indicators,such as RF,ESR,IgG,and CCP antibodies, have a certain relationship in the RA pathogenesis. But the clinical indicators do not perfectly match the four types of Chinese medicine according to the stages of Western medicine.
