Collected and reorganized literatures of diseases both lung and otherinter organs published in Chinese in late 20 years, involving eachdifferent system's vigorous sickness, and summarized the cause of diseases,the pathogenesis and method of treatment and medicine. As a result, mostdiseases were cured by regulating lung qi with an aim to restore thelung's perform its dispersive and descending effect, which reflected theuniversality of such method.The second chapter is for lung's physiological function literaturereorganization. By reorganizing the literature, this paper exploratelung's physiological function, and studied the mechanism of lung regulatewater metabolism of human body coordinating with other internal organs, inorder to clear about its influential role in water metabolism of human body.The third chapter summarized and analyzed the academic origin and thedevelopment trace of the theory of lung regulate water metabolism of humanbody through document review and theoretical exploration.The fourth chapter is for pathology and treatment literaturereorganization. This paper summarized the cause of disease, pathogenesisand the treatment of diseases caused by abnormal of water metabolism of human body.In summary, the present paper carried on the three-dimensionalinspection, the comprehensive proof systematically on the theory of lungregulating water metabolism by the physiological function of dispersive anddescending effect, causing this theory to unfold clearly, and summarizedthe experiences of treating diseases caused by abnormal water metabolismthrough regulating lung qi, which had the important guiding sense to theTraditional Chinese Medicine clinical practice.
