Objective:Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common clinical disease with disorder of the gastrointestinal functions, and it may be associated with psychological factors. The clinical symptoms of IBS include abdominal pain, abdominal distension and abnormal stool which occurs persistently or intermittently. The incidence of IBS is 20 to 50 percent in gastrointestinal clinic. The usual treatment is sympotomatic treatment. At present, there is no radical means.IBS belongs to functional dis order disease. Therefore, it can be successfully accomplished by the administration of Chinese herbs. Our experiment focuses on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (D-IBS). The aim of our study is to investigate the influence of Chinese herbs on the treatment of D-IBS in model rats.Methods:1. With senna 0.2 g/ml lavage limbs,+irritable bowel, establish the syndrome type of diarrhea rat model.2. Through the determination of cell and the secretion of intestinal 5-HT and serum NO variation in content of wet aroma, improve the condition of stress formulas gastrointestinal influence.3. Set different concentrations medicine group, through charcoal, colonic transshipment ink into the aromatic operation experiment of spleen wet D-IBS model of dynamic adjustment function rat bowel, and screen the optimal concentration of drugs.4. Through the determining Gastrointestinal hormones correlated with D-IBS model rat intestines and stomach bowel movement, such the content changes as gastric hormone (MOT), dynamic STT (SS) to the wet aroma of intestinal power formulas.5. By using test method and MaSiLiang orchid protein enzyme-linked immunosorbent method for determination of D-IBS model rat intestinal mucosa Na+-K+-ATP making the content of atpases and colon tissue AQP4 concentration, explain the wet and aromatic herbs representative of D-IBS model rat water metabolism.6. Model with breast after 96 hours preparation of fructose (L), mannitol (M) mixture lavage, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) both in the urine, its ratio (content of L/M), reveals the wet and aromatic herbs representative of D-IBS model rat intestinal permeability.Results:1. After the intervention in the experimental drug doses model rat bowel movements were inhibited, small intestine propulsion obviously reduced rate (P<0.05), aromatic agent of the wet significantly reduced model of rats colon transfer effect (P<0.01).5. The wet aroma and represent formulas can reduce the D-IBS model rat plasma (MOT) stomach move, colon tissue STT (SS) content (P< 0.01) effectively.6. The wet aroma can increase the content of the small intestinal mucosa and colonic mucosal Na+-K+-ATP Enzyme of the D-IBS model rat(P<0.05,P<0.01),ameliorate the subterminaland distant middle gut orgnisation's AQP4 concentration formulate (P<0.01,P<0.05)7. The wet aroma can reduce IBS 3-d model to rat urine L/M ratio (P<0.01), improve the intestinal mucosa permeability. Conclusions:In this research, senna 0.2 g/ml lavage + limbs by building a successful diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome type rat model. The wet and aromatic formulas of D-IBS model of rats diarrhoea is multi-dimensional and more targets. For the following five aspects:induced by slow speed of small intestine propulsion, reduce colon transfer effect, to regulate the intestine and colon transmission function disorder, Through the adjustment of the neurotransmitter release, to participate in the adjustment of gastrointestinal dynamics, By adjusting the gastrointestinal hormones to adjust the gastrointestinal function, By improving energy utilization and promote ATP water channel protein, increase water transport, strengthen the presence of liquid in the absorption, Through the lower permeability, strengthen intestinal mucosa intestinal mucosa protection, prevent intestinal bacteria and toxins.
