Internal Rotation Of The Drilling Decompression Outreach Gypsum Treatment Of Children With Avascular Necrosis Of The Clinical Studies

Treatment of Legg-Cavle-Perthes disease with decompression procedure and abduction-adtorsion gypsumObjective: To discuss the application of decompression procedure and abduction-adtorsion gypsum in treatment of Perthes disease.Methods: 39 cases of Perthes disease who received decompression procedure and abduction-adtorsion gypsum treatment from Jan 2003 to Jan 2007 were followed up on the X-ray and fuction. The disease were classified according to Catterall's: the type I in 13 cases ,type II in 19 cases, type III in 5 cases, type IV in 2 cases.Results: All the cases were followed up 12-36 monthes(19 monthes on everage).According to the scoring system,23 were assessed as excellent,goood 11, fair 3 and bad 2, and excellent-good rate was 87.2%. Results: The decompression procedure and abduction-adtorsion gypsum was effective in treatment of Perthes disease.
