Off Of Akebia Its Compatibility Group Containing Serum On Human Renal Tubular Epithelial Cell Cycle

ObjectiveTo explore the introduction of Fangji composed theory to the uses of the traditional Chinese medicine and to investigate the impact on the cell cycle of the contained-herb serum of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and its compatibility groups.MethodsAccording to analysis of Daochi san, we composed the different compatibility groups by using the Fangji composed theory. Cultured human renal proximal tubular epithelial cell line HK-2 was used as the subject. It was affected by the contained-herb serum of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and its compatibility groups. The distribution of cell cycle was detected by the flow cytometer(FCM).ResultsThe cells treated with the blank contained-herb serum were diffused in normal ranges, so were the cells treated with the low dose contained-herb serum group of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom. The cells treated with the high dose and the intermedial dose contained-herb serum groups of Aristolochia manshriensis Kom were blocked in the phase of G₀/G₁, the number of the cells of the phase of G₀/G₁ were increased, while the cells of the phase of S were decreased and it was none of the S phase in the high dose group.Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and Danggui, Shengdi, Gancao (the first compatibility group ),Aristolochia manshriensis Kom and Cheqianzi, Zhuye(the second compatibility group) and the Daochi san could improve the blockage of the phase of G₀/G₁. Among the three groups, the Daochi san was the most. It had significant different between the three groups with the high dose and the intermedial dose contained-herb serum groups ofAristolochia manshriensis Kom.ConclusionThe contained-herb serums of the groups organized by the Fangji composed theory can improve the blockage of the phase of G₀/G₁ in certain degree.The Fangji composed theory is of important value to the usage of the traditional Chinese medicine, especially to the virulent ones.
